Description:
- Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop fit for purpose solutions.
- Lead coaching and engagement of stakeholders with the tailored application of standards, methods, practices, capabilities and tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify, define, prioritise, coordinate and report on PM Framework and tools improvement initiatives.
- Support P3M knowledge management, including management of the PCO Knowledge Centre.
- Lead organisational change strategies and activities used to support the roll out of PM Framework and tools improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of constructive relationships at all levels of the department and with external stakeholders in order to promote a robust project management culture within Resources.
- Build a customer focused culture and behaviours within Resources and the PCO, focused on building an enabling and partnering approach to stakeholders.
- Assist with achieving the Resources and PCO targets, objectives, performance measures, safety responsibilities and continually seeking to implement performance improvement initiatives.
