Description:

A great opportunity exists in our Engineering team for a Project Administrator & Office Support. The position will provide secretarial and various office administration support tasks, including the operation of the internal WorkflowMax, Xero management systems and general running of the office.

  • General Office Duties
  • Specialised Project Administration Support
  • Client and Authority Communication
  • Provide dedicated support to Company Directors and other Senior staff when required
  • Competence in using the Microsoft Office Suite of software packages
  • Proficient in typing
  • Demonstrated effective communication, project management, time management, organisational and office management skills.
  • Ability to embrace, accommodate and assist in implementing changes within the office
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • High level interpersonal skills and initiative.
