This position reports to the Projects Controller and is responsible for managing all administrative functions within the Project Management Office.Qualified candidates will have prior experience in a project management environment.Priority will be given to candidates who have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator at Woolpert, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Provide pre-sales assistance to the Sales & Marketing team and support other divisions, including Survey, Mapping and Digital Solutions
- Utilize financial and project management tools to effectively monitor and manage project costs, timelines and deliverables
- Assist in the preparation, organization and distribution of essential project documentation, including reports, contracts and schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for ease of access and reference.
- Process and review invoices ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to project budgets
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and key updates
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate or higher in business
- Experience using Netsuite will be highly regarded
- Must hold permanent and full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support to multi-faceted projects
- Ability to take responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work non-standard working hours to provide on-demand customer support
- Demonstrate competence in developing and maintaining sound co-worker relationships.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adopt the various software required to utilise
Preferred Skills And Abilities
- Formal qualifications in business administration / project management
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or significant exposure to parts of the role
- Knowledge of best practices around contract administration
- Knowledge of project management software products
- Geospatial experience
