Your new company
Hays Technology are currently partnered with a commercial private entity based in Brisbane CBD who are looking to recruit a Program Master Scheduler and Coordinator to support an exciting program of work. The initial contract until December 2023, with a likely view to extend.

Your new role
As the Program Master Scheduler and Coordinator your primary task will be to assist the Program Manager in activity and task based reporting on all projects through the use of the Master Program Schedule and milestone artefacts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MS Project based Master Program Schedule and continue to integrate all individual project schedules and vendor schedules
• Collate Project Status Reports monthly and assure quality (for schedule, financials, resources, risks and scope)
• Maintain JIIRA activities according to the individual project schedules for weekly reporting by program team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced experience and skills in MS Project and reporting functions
• Experience working within a PMO and collating Project Status Reports monthly and quality assurance
• Qualification in PMBOK/PRINCE2 is desired
