The Opportunity...

This is an opportunity to be a part of one of the largest Australian payment projects in recent years.

You will work alongside the leading banks and liaise with key stakeholders at senior level to make sure the implementation runs smoothly.

The purpose of this role is to plan, govern and oversee the successful delivery of the program’s output. To make sure it is successfully executed per the agreed scope.

The role will ensure the programs strategic outcomes and bene􀂡ts are delivered within budget, as per scope within deadlines.

Role Focus

Define the program governance (controls), plan the overall program in terms of work streams, team the programme/portfolio (progress / issues/risks / resources) effectively

Aligning the deliverable (outputs) to the programs’ outcomes and strategic benefits

Managing risk, issues, program dependencies and assumptions ensuring appropriate controls

Drive quality delivery of the program outcomes ensuring adherence to project management proces

Define and manage executive reporting timetable, ensuring effective communication with all staperformance indicators using RAG measures

Present an accurate and “accepted” view of the programme deliveries; ensuring change control is moutside the programme as appropriate

Financial management of the program’s budget, contingency, forecasting and resource utilization

Manage people. Coach and develop Project Managers to ensure quality project delivery outcomes are achieved.
