Program Evaluation Analyst

An opportunity has become available for a Program Evaluation Analyst to join our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Transformation Project team. This is a crucial role to support the development of WIL evaluation measures, data analysis and reporting across the institution and strive to achieve Swinburne’s moon shot 1. There are nine strategic work packages (WP) as part of Swinburne’s WIL Transformation program, and this role will take a lead role in WP 9: Development and integration of evaluation and success indicators of WIL.

As the Program Evaluation Analyst, you will build Swinburne’s capacity to design, develop and deliver analytical and evaluative support, centred on WIL, career development learning, and employability.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Experience refining, developing and using educational program, initiative, and project evaluation approaches and measures, including of program impact.
• Apply advanced univariate and multivariate statistical data analysis skills, and sound qualitative data analysis skills.
• Experience retrieving, cleansing, combining, manipulating, and analysing data from different sources to answer evaluative questions.
• High level stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of the higher education policy, academic and operational context, and WIL ideas and practices is highly desirable.
