Professional Services Consultant - Security

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong grounding of technical skills and technical account management to join our team in APAC as Professional Services Consultant for the Signal Sciences team.

You would be working with our customers to help them get deployed, be the Signal Sciences subject matter authority, and ensure customer satisfaction across select names accounts. As part of this role you will interact closely with our Sales teams to identify new opportunities, raise technical challenges, and build relationships with customers. In addition, you are the customers' champion to our Engineering and PM teams to champion their requirements internally. Our team is a collection of highly skilled individuals who believe in collaboration and solving challenges.

What You'll Do

• Manage the project from start to finish for the onboarding of Signal Sciences
• Support and partner with the client as they manage the integration
• Own the Technical relationship with assigned accounts
• Manage project status in our project management tools
• Work on internal PS projects as assigned
• Manage customer Agent and Module installations
• Provide training to customers, teaching them best practice and how to be an expert on the plaform
