The Technical and Engineering Network is looking for Production Serviceperson
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Ensure that every piece of plant within your area is performing at peak production and all tasks are undertaken competently to diminish rework.
- Set clear expectations and give constructive feedback to onsite personnel.
- Undertake all duties in coordination with the mine plan.
- Ensure the smooth running of onboarding for new starting employees.
- Support the maintenance division by monitoring productivity and ensuring machinery is at maximum performance.
- Management of administrative duties such as preparation of reports.
- Perform daily inspections of designated work area.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and established work rules.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate in frontline management
- Proven experience working on an underground mining operation.
- Sound understanding of mine safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of maintenance scheduling, preventative maintenance measures and equipment capabilities.
- Holds a dedicated commitment to the established work procedures and safety requirements.
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Outstanding time management skills.
