Your new role:

Playing a pivotal role within the Product Team, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will build out their function including immediately hiring a Technical Writer as well as other roles as we grow. The PPM is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the Access4’s product marketing strategy, championing the voice of our partners when developing and marketing our products. Key responsibilities:

  • Drive go-to-market strategies that align to the product roadmap including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels (paid, earned, and owned), budgets, and lifecycle campaigns across the customer journey to convert, grow and retain our partners (customers)
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to recruit a Technical Writer that will report into you
  • Conduct competitor analysis’ on an ongoing basis and promote marketing and product differentiation and improvement
  • Understanding our existing partners and prospective partners – who they are? what do they need? what are their pain points? and how do they use the product
  • Own the metrics – track and report on goals, measuring performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Launch products, new releases and customer comms to internal stakeholders
  • Adapt to industry trends in design and technology, championing changes that could improve our strategy
  • Create feedback channels with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate to continually lean and improve our offers

  • You will have demonstrable understanding of product strategy, branding, full-funnel integrated marketing strategy and sales enablement together with experience in cross-functional coordination
  • You’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of the product marketing strategy and run with it but also where you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with broader teams
  • You’ll have experience in product marketing for enterprise or SaaS companies
  • You’ll have exceptional communication capabilities with strong visual presentation skills allowing you to adapt to a range of audiences
  • You’ll have had some exposure to or understanding of UCaaS products
  • You’ll have experience in lean and agile methodologies
  • Previous participation in UX/UI improvement initiatives (e.g wireframes, journey mapping)
