The purpose of Customer Experience and Digital Technology is to design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The key areas that Customer Experience and Digital Technology is responsible for include Customer Experience, Customer Services, Decipha, Identity and Financial Services, Digital Channels, Data Science, Data Commercialisation, Product Engineering and Platforms, as well as Technology.

  • Customer centricity in the development and delivery or products and services
  • Provide customer insights and market awareness to drive desired customer experience metrics and commercial results
  • Support the creation and delivery of the product strategy.
  • Support the deployment of product related initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support on boarding new customers and expanding existing customer service offerings with a focus on SMB and Enterprise
  • Manage the day to day product administration activities including, issue management, policy maintenance, and general product related queries.
  • Partner with other supporting functions, like operations, risk, customer experience and market insights
  • Support and manage key stakeholders including operations, IT, channels including, Retail, customer contact centres and other stakeholder groups as required.
  • Experience in developing, supporting and launching products
  • Operations, sales or marketing experience
  • Experience of analysing data to infer commercial insights
  • Awareness of Product Management Disciplines
