What are we looking for? 

As the Product Manager of the website you will be a  key stakeholder in developing the strategy of the website and owning the execution. The website plays a vital role in our overarching business strategy as the growth engine of our business. Working in the marketing team you will partner closely with Engineering and Product teams and be focused on improving the overall user experience and performance of our website to drive customer acquisition.

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Play a key role in developing the strategy of the website alongside stakeholders. 
  • Own the execution of the website strategy. Roll out content, brand, and product campaigns across the website to increase conversion, applying UX principles, SEO best practices and digital-first thinking in development, delivery, and execution. 
  • Design and build customer-centric digital experiences that will engage users and drive acquisition. 
  • Own and report on key metrics and performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement through user testing and research.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance through implementation and regular review of processes, procedures, and documentation. 

 

What are we looking for from you? 

  • Previous experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience in maintaining a corporate website utilising digital best practices.
  • Experience and passion for UX and UI. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities to optimise the website to increase conversion and improve user experience. 
  • Experience with CMS, content, SEO, accessibility, analytics and CRO. 
  • Ability to initiate and support the delivery of new projects and features as well as continual optimisation to improve performance. 
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or testing execution. 
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment.
