Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership:

Product Development & Marketing:
- Lead a high-performance Product Marketing team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Oversee product development roadmaps, execution timelines, and delivery milestones with agility.
- Align product offerings with market needs through close coordination with sales, operations, and client experience teams.
Digital Marketing & Learning Programs:
- Optimize and lead digital marketing training programs for virtual assistants, ensuring best-in-class instruction and measurable success.
- Oversee the e-learning platform, facilitators, and quality control initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to ensure continuous innovation in our training programs.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research, user behavior analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic decisions.
- Enhance customer experience and retention with personalized engagement strategies.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and maintain industry leadership.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product adoption, marketing performance, training success, and revenue growth.
- Provide executive-level reporting on product performance and identify areas for optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a senior/executive level marketing role, agency experience is preferable.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and leveraging digital acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
- Expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong background in data analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment with a strong ability to execute under pressure.
