What you'll do

 

We need a product manager with a passion for creating world-class user experiences on mobile platforms. You’ll be working with a dedicated mobile squad as well as teams across the wider business to rapidly build and launch products and features that customers love. 

 

  • Own and drive the vision for the mobile app
  • Understand and validate user needs to deliver a mobile experience that helps achieve Brighte’s business objectives
  • Gather and prioritise feature requests from customers and stakeholders across the business
  • Track market trends and collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to identify new business opportunities and meet the requirements of Brighte’s vision and long term strategy
  • Define and measure success criteria for the mobile app

 

Who you are

 

  • 4+ years mobile product management experience
  • Experience as a product manager in a fast-growth tech company
  • A data-driven approach to understanding problems
  • Knowledge and practical application of Design Thinking, Lean and Agile principles
  • Ability to translate product objectives into specific growth and engagement metrics and levers
  • Ability to conduct experiments using the latest techniques to test, learn and improve the customer experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The drive, determination and resilience to quickly work through ambiguity to an outcome
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to move with a sense of urgency, sensitivity to give people space to offer suggestions
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as closely within a team
  • Ability to inspire the team to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question and improve the experiences for our customers.
