About the role

A unique opportunity for a Project Manager - Data & Reporting to support our e-Commerce business in implementing the e-Commerce data strategy and roadmap to achieve organisational objectives and strategic initiatives using data-informed decision making.

The role will require you to guide and lead the strengthening of business intelligence capabilities across the organisation including management of relevant tools.

What you'll be doing

• Work with the wider Data & Analytics team and community to Design, Construct, Install, Test and Maintain scalable database/datamart solutions and analytic tools/apps for our team
• Build standardised and consistent business reporting across all business units
• Build out unified data assets and data models to help BI reporting run smoothly
• Build curated dataset from various internal and external data sources on our Azure Cloud Platform
• Develop data-set processes for data modelling, mining and production
• Manage and perform collection, cleansing, merging and management of data from various sources across the business
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and enterprise practices
• Build and maintain new data structures and design data processing systems
• Keep up to date with current trends to ensure our solutions align with industry best practice
• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with business stakeholders

Good things you'll need

• A relevant tertiary qualification in technology, computer science, statistics, business, information management or other data related qualifications
• Proven work experience in data and reporting space within a large complex organisation
• Hands-on experience translating business requirements into functional specifications that Data Engineers and other technical resources can act on.
• Familiarity with managing and/or developing analytic designs that enable complex multi-functional views of data to support critical business decisions
• Hands-on technical experience with MS BI stack, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI, DAX, Tableau and Azure Synapse
• The ability to lead, train and develop a diverse cross-functional team to achieve business goals
• Demonstrated experience delivering and leading BI/DA projects within a large complex business offering multiple services and locations
• High level capability with critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
• Experience in Agile is advantageous #LI-FIN
