A 12-month contract opportunity has become available for a Product Manager to join a financial services organisation to support the Head of Product - Direct Cards in managing all aspects of the development and execution of the direct cards product strategy.You will work with the wider stakeholder team to drive and deliver change to enhance the customer experience, as well as managing relevant product governance activities.

You will be accountable for driving the best possible customer experience across the end to end processes, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Liaising with various internaland external teams as required to manage all aspects of the product portfolio and implementation of product inititaives
• Driving customer experience across the end-to-end processes, applying relevant CX/UX design principles to ensure strong and sustainable improvement in NPS
• Executing pricing and product changes as required ensuring that relevant revenue or cost out targets are met

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following

• 7-10 years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally within financial services, payments or cards
• Ability to understand product and channel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations (business case) and support delivery of change
