Product Delivery Manager

Description:

The Product Delivery will be responsible for the delivery of our Media Data products using Agile methods. They work closely with the Head of Product and the delivery and sales teams to define the product vision, overall roadmap and go-to-market proposition, accountable for organising the overall product backlog, keeping the project the delivery team on the right track and ensuring the prioritisation of work is aligned to the appropriate business outcomes.

What your day looks like:

• Establishes AGILE ways of working in the product delivery team
• Ensure that delivery team purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader product roadmap.
• Coach and empower delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of team using Agile methodologies
• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, showcases, retrospectives
• Responsible for maintenance of the product owner backlog and keeps product backlog in good shape
• Works closely with the head of product to translate epics, stories, and other items in product backlog into actionable tasks for developers (technology) and delivery team members (non-technology related) deliverables
• Responsible for estimation and planning of work
• Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting and helps the team agree on what they can achieve during each sprint
• Produces regular project status reports for the executive team
