Description:
As ING’s Product & Customer Marketing Chapter Lead you’ll be responsible for managing the product and customer marketing agenda within ING Australia. Heading up our largest team within marketing you’ll coach & drive the development of our product marketeers across each of our four product portfolios. These four priority portfolios include daily banking, home loans, consumer lending (Credit cards & personal loans) and wealth (insurance & superannuation).
You’ll be tasked with increasing the commercial and data driven marketing craftsmanship of the team. Helping to coach and uplift product marketing strategies, you’ll ensure our campaigns are customer insight driven, are efficiently using marketing investment and are driving maximum impact across paid & owned channels. You’ll be as comfortable working with a CRM data analyst deriving insights to inform our customer development personalisation strategy, steering the team around quarterly business prioritization, as you are collaborating with the brand lead on integrated product marketing campaigns and reporting on campaign outcomes.
This role requires heavy cross functional partnership with a number of stakeholders across broader Retail Management team, specifically Product & Customer Interactions Tribes to ensure there is a deep level of alignment between priorities, initiatives, resources and investment. You’ll report directly into the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the wider marketing leadership team. Are you ready to do your thing?
