Procurement Review Officer

Description:

The Procurement Review Officer will

• work with AAD business line-areas to ensure that AAD procurement activities are planned and undertaken in accordance with relevant Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Departmental policies
• provide guidance and support to business-line areas to encourage effective engagement with the department’s procurement systems
• support training activities for business line-areas in procurement policy, procedures and processes
• work actively to contribute to a positive team culture
• communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers), to resolve conflicts or more complex matters, and to ensure compliance and completion of procurement activities within timeframes.
