At JUWI GmbH, you'll be driving the energy revolution from different perspectives. We plan and implement wind and solar energy projects throughout Germany, support the international juwi companies and manage the activities of the entire juwi Group.
- Reporting to Supply Chain and Procurement Manager – AU and working in the APAC Supply Chain and Logistics team
- Assist the procurement team to provide accurate, quotations and ordering process for the development of projects
- Support the Project Development team by managing the mechanical, electrical and civil supplier/ subcontractors’/ consultants’ quotes for wind and solar project in time and quality required
- Support the Project Development team by procuring early studies works required for further project development
- Check offers for suitable delivery terms and to meet project timescales
- Assist with matching early EPC contracts with supply and subcontractor agreements
- Assist to prepare purchase orders, agreements and contracts related agreements
- Assist in ensuring EPC contract risk is transferred through back to back conditions
- Maintain the pre-project procurement register detailing budget and quoted equipment and services
- Assist for project-related equipment and services on to maintain a database to seek, engage and evaluate appropriate suppliers
- Develop and maintaining accurate records of recurring project costs to assist in accurate project forecast costing.
- Work in conjunction with the juwi APAC supply chain and procurement organization
- Tertiary qualifications in fields such as procurement, business, commerce, or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience with end-to-end procurement processes whilst maintaining deadlines and budget.
