Description:

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on exposure in print and production, working directly with brands on their in-store and retail marketing needs.

 

This isn’t just another Coordinator role—you’ll play a pivotal part in the team, coordinating print campaigns and projects, collaborating closely with our team of Dashers and our clients to deliver real-world, tangible results.

 

An understanding or the nuances of print and production processes is essential.

 

As the Print Account Coordinator, you will be comfortable perusing more than one task at once and have clear communication with clients, suppliers, and installers: being upbeat, positive, and innovative.

 

ABOUT YOU

*You must have print industry experience producing Print / POS / Displays.

*You must reside in Sydney - Hybrid means 3 office days / 2 work from home days.

· Large Format Print Knowledge.

· Print Estimating Experience.

· Proven passion for excellent customer service, experience, and journey.

· Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

· A strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering results and completion of tasks.

· Willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience.

· Exceptionally organised, capable of planning and problem solving.

· Excellent Administration Skills

· Ability to work well with others.

· Creative flair and an eye for trends.

· Confidence in your own decisions.

· Demonstrated ability to learn new systems with speed.

· Ability to handle a high volume of email traffic in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office particularly excel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Coordinating the Production of Print & Display Campaigns and Projects and providing the highest standard of Customer Service & Account Management to our clients.
  • While the Director will be the lead on the client relationship and communications, you will be the point of contact for day-to-day orders.
  • Guide clients through the process and keep them abreast of their project.
  • Ensure the Account Director is looped in on any major developments of setback with the orders and projects.
  • Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and installers.
  • Build strong relationships with fellow Dashers to support the effective delivery of client projects / orders.
  • Facilitating communication with Clients in a non-technical and (print production) jargon-free way.
  • Organizing client gifting and personalized experiences.
  • Joining briefing meetings when required.
  • Checking and Uploading Artwork.
  • Building Production Estimates
  • Booking & Scheduling in print jobs & campaigns with production and keeping schedules up to date.
  • Book external production orders with suppliers.
  • Creating guides and run sheets for installs.
  • Updating internal and external WIPS
  • Scheduling in jobs with production and keeping schedules up to date.
  • Handling inbound & outbound client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Following-up internal and external questions.
  • Managing and escalating client enquiries.
  • Troubleshooting any production or logistical challenges.
  • Daily Admin Tasks:
  • - Attend morning team huddle and work in progress meetings.
  • - Check jobs are on track to deadlines and correct status.
  • - Campaign courier PODs and RTS return to senders.
  • - Organizing client gifting and personalized experiences.
  • - Undertaking research tasks and administrative duties as required.
  • - Answer queries on Portal Live Zendesk Chat between 9-5pm.
  • - Book Portal Tech tickets to have client queries resolved.
  • Consistently seeking to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Look for ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Assisting with new Dashers when required.
  • Work in collaboration with all teams at Dashing (we play & win as a team).
