The Opportunity

With an expanding project pipeline, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Principal Structural Engineer. Joining a supportive team of Engineers, Architects and Designers, you will be involved in leading an incredibly broad range of projects as well as being a key people leader within our Melbourne team. As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your expertise to lead and oversee structural engineering projects. You will contribute to a variety of challenging projects, ranging from heavy and light industrial to water and defence. Our Principal cohort takes ownership of key strategic and project objectives, supporting the growth of our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and industry regulations. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. Based in our Melbourne office, you will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative team that is focused on creating a culture of creativity and innovation, developing long-term client relationships, and empowering the success of our people.

What We’ll Like About You

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you'll bring your degree qualification in Civil (Structural) Engineering and valuable experience from working in a similar consulting environment.
