Description:

This is the senior operational leadership role at our school, managing day-to-day operations and providing oversight of staff and student management, curriculum, administrative and pastoral oversight to our K-10 School. As we are a small school, the principal carries a teaching load and provides pedagogical, curriculum, student management, and pastoral support to staff. This is a management role with a growth, curriculum, and compliance focus and is actively supported by the school oversight.

A key requirement of this role is to provide leadership, continuing to develop the culture and the spiritual, educational and pedagogical frameworks as well as to engage with the community to accomplish the strategic objectives of the academy. While building and maintaining key relationships with students, parents, key stakeholders, and the community.
