Description:
As a Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in validating technology solutions. You will work with Pre-Sales teams to deliver plans to successfully implement them and you will also support post implementation for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and customer in verifying the customer site prerequisites are complete and site is ready for installation.
- You will be responsible for the successful installation of a customer solution so that may involve travel to remote sits, remote installation and review orders for technical accuracy. This would involve reviewing all relevant documentation.
- You will manage the customer relationship and expectations, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This may involve providing basic system administration training to technical users and uploading all completed and signed ITP’s, Site Docs, and As-builts to PM at completion of project.
- You will Communicate effectively, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues utilizing documentation, knowledge base and peers
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and / or practical relevant experience or knowledge
- Experience with a Leading Customer Experience (CX) AI Platform is a plus
- Strong Client facing and interpersonal skills
- Domain Expertise in relevant business operations
- Well-developed documentation, presentation and communication skills
