The SPX Directorate will be cross cutting, covering the entire education lifecycle (Early Childhood, Primary and High Schools and Vocational Education and Training) and include the function Experience Strategy and Design, Voice and Insights and Feedback and Complaints Resolution

The teams within this important area work with students and parents holistically, understanding their needs, facilitating decision making, and with much skill, triage and collaborate with schools and services across the whole Department to improve the experience of education

The post holder will therefore play a key role in identifying and prioritising students and parent’s needs, assisting in the ongoing development of our strategy and coordinating its implementation.
