Description:

As the Project Manager Office (PMO) Manager, you will play a key role supporting the Head of High Net Worth (HNW) Execution within Private Wealth to plan, track progress and report on the portfolio of strategic business outcomes delivery. You will be responsible for master milestones schedule, supporting the teams in financial planning and tracking, resource management, risks/issues management and stakeholders reporting.

What you'll be doing

Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting Head of High Net Worth (HNW) Domain Execution to establish and facilitate portfolio level outcomes planning, roadmap development and delivery operating rhythm and rituals
  • Co-ordinating overall program management information including business outcomes progress against schedules, risks/issues and dependency management and management reporting
  • Working with stream leads and Finance Partner in financial planning and management reporting
  • Managing portfolio level risks/issues and dependences
  • Working with NAB enterprise and HNW delivery teams to establish processes and tools to support outcome delivery management, governance, with disciplines and standards aligned the NAB agile framework based operating model
  • Co-ordinate resources recruitment and onboarding

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in PMO or Program/Project Management, with unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in fast paced, at times ambiguous environment and have:

  • Demonstrated expertise leading a Project Management Office (PMO) with a combination of Business Analysis, Change and Project Management experience
  • Proven experience in program/project management office role
  • Knowledge of various project and/or change management processes and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • SAFe Lean Agile experience preferred
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry
  • Broking and/or Wealth Management business knowledge desirable
  • Experience with project delivery and governance framework preferred
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in related field
