About the role

In our Virtual Employment Services space, we service our job seekers through platforms such as phone and email, with a view to move towards skype and webchat. We are passionate about providing individually tailored, strengths based case management with the end goal of achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

As a Placement Consultant, every day will be different but day to day you will be;

• Contacting newly referred job seekers and engaging them in our services;
• Undertaking individual assessments and creating an individual and tailored plan to support a young person into Employment or Education;
• Connecting our job seekers to our local service centres for ongoing support in their pursuit of employment;
• Providing staffing relief to sites to cover unplanned leave.

This is a fixed term opportunity until February 2022 based on-site at Milton.
Remuneration for this role commences at $66,848 per annum + 10.00% Superannuation + salary packaging www.remserv.com.au/salary-packaging/how-it-works

In addition you also possess;

• A solid understanding of the local labour market as well as the barriers faced by disadvantaged young people;
