As a Physiotherapist at Sculpt Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults, helping to relieve their pain, restore mobility, and optimize function. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans focused on improving pain, mobility, and function.
- Provide hands-on therapy to lessen pain, restore movement and strength, decrease swelling and promote recovery from injury.
- Lead hydrotherapy sessions to improve movement and strength in a therapeutic, low-impact setting.
- Facilitate falls and balance classes to reduce falls risk and improve overall strength and balance.
- Provide personalized physiotherapy in clients' homes to support their independence.
- Utilize the latest technology to streamline clinical documentation, freeing you up to focus more on patient care.
- Collaborate and learn from your team to ensure the best care for your clients.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in physiotherapy.
- Skills & Expertise: Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to create and implement effective plans focused on pain relief, mobility, and functional recovery.
- Client-Centred Approach: A genuine passion for serving, caring, and uplifting older adults, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
