Join us as Clinical Nurse Manager, a key leadership and management role across our hospital and be accountable for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources within the department.
 

• You will plan, implement and evaluate practices, processes and services within the department
• You will also support fellow managers in achieving excellence in care delivery, in line with best practice and legislative requirements
• You will also collaborate closely with the Executive team to drive strategies and align services with our hospital strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
 

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Health care
• Experience in a leadership role
• Skill in financial and resource management
• Ability to plan, develop, implement and evaluate a continuous improvement program
• Commitment to demonstrating and promoting the Ramsay Way.
