About This Role...

Based in the Northern suburbs, here you will have the opportunity for an appropriate level of autonomy working with clients in relation to a variety of Personal Injury matters (eg. WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability). Some of the responsibilities may include assisting with:-

• Interviewing clients and taking instructions;
• Providing/drafting of advice;
• Managing claims/files;
• Drafting of documentation (eg. applications, orders, affidavits; disclosure/discovery);
• Attending mediations/negotiations; conciliations conferences as required;
• Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
