You’ll join our Central Performance Marketing Team and look after brands in our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical. This is a global vertical that serves clients in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
We offer market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Xplor Recreation and Xplor Gym to help gyms, health clubs, leisure, parks & recreation centres run their businesses more effectively.
Reporting into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our growth goals by leading the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid social marketing campaigns, video ads and software review sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute paid social marketing strategies in a B2B context
- Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and TikTok
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad assets
- Create compelling ad copy that generates high-quality leads
- Passionate about partnering with with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver on our GTM strategy and growth targets
- Manage software review sites like Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice and G2
- Help troubleshoot any conversion-tracking issues
- Drive a test, learn and optimize approach to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Help enhance and define our audience targeting approach and utilize 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data to improve results
You can work fully remote in this position, as long as you have eligible working rights and you’re in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
Qualifications
What would make me a good candidate?
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing paid social campaigns
- Effectively managed and optimized ad budgets of 6-7 figures annually
- Understand B2B Software sales and marketing metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business problems, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Extensive experience in developing, optimizing, analysing, and reporting on paid campaigns across social platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-impact ad copy and effectively communicate campaign performance
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player to achieve goals
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for ad campaigns
- Experience with Meta's Conversion API and offline conversion tracking
- Knowledge of developing and running programmatic and video strategies
- Experience managing software review sites like Capterra, Software Advice, or G2 is a major plus
