Like our people, we have continued to invest in Australian Manufacturing at our Huntingwood facility and have further capital projects to increase capacity and capability in the first quarter of 2021. We have four production lines, with three high speed. We have the ability to take advantage of global best practice, while owning the decisions locally in market.

What about the role?

Reporting to the Head of Finance – Supply, our Business Performance Manager is a critical business partner across our diverse supply and manufacturing teams to ensure the broader team is making strong commercial decisions across procurement, innovation and third-party manufacturing operations. With remit to support our two manufacturing facilities in Australia, both at Huntingwood and Bundaberg, and with a significant pipeline of innovation projects across both sites, our Business Performance Manager is a trusted partner to our broader supply team.

Where will you grow in this role? 

  • Partner with a large group of stakeholders across procurement to ensure supplier performance, risk and opportunities are identified within our current network of suppliers;
  • Lead analysis and recommendations and provide decision support to our team of Innovation Project Manager, supporting on cost analysis, commercial viability of proposals and assessing financial impacts;
  • Provide support and commercial business partnering to our third party operations team, focused on decision support for new opportunities for TPO and forecasting reporting; and
  • Lead the calculation and delivery of the annual SKU reset process for the Australian business. 

What will you bring to the table?

  • Established experience within Accounting & Finance, ideally with experience in a manufacturing or supply environment;
  • Specific experience in leading and influencing decision making around COGs costing and supplier performance; and
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement, partnership skills with a well-rounded influencing and storytelling skill sets.
