Performance Consultant

Description:

The Performance Consultant is a key role within our Academy, responsible for partnering with the business to identify and qualify performance gaps, design and implement performance management strategies, and drive organisational effectiveness.

This role will leverage systems thinking to understand the organisation’s business strategy, analyse performance data, and work with our capability design, build, and delivery teams within the Academy to inform the development of solutions that align with and support the achievement of our goals.

Key objectives of this position include:
 

• Identifying and analysing performance gaps and uplift opportunities
• Informing and collaborating in the design of solutions addressing identified needs
• Partnering with our Senior Capability Managers to deliver quality initiatives that are aligned to organisational needs and with our strategic priorities
• Evaluating effectiveness of delivered solutions to ensure that expected benefits are realised.
