About the role:
The key purpose of this role is to drive the performance monitoring, analysis and reporting of programs aligned to Feros Care's Local Area Coordination Service. This will include the analysis of process or operation to improve its efficiency, applying technology and new systems to support good business choices and monitoring compliance to the contract obligations including the attainment of service delivery key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role is located in our Tweed Heads South office with potential to work virtually.
Full time, fixed term contracts offered.
About the Role:
- Examine current systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Implements computer system requirements by defining and analysing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions.
- Actively liaise with various stakeholders in the NDIA to ensure all reporting and NDIA Business system functionality is utilised within the LAC for service efficiency and service monitoring.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the LAC contracted volume targets, KPI's and program deliverables.
- Develop and produce reports for business and service decision making
- Be the main point of contact between Feros Care and NDIA/DHS on the NDIS reporting system.
- Maintain the LAC reporting suite to assist in managing the allocation of work to our LAC staff, ensuring our daily, weekly and monthly volumes are being achieved.
- Monitoring of LAC and Service KPI's as set by government funding agreements.
- Conducting regular reviews of the NDIA business system and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
About You:
- High degree of drive, initiative, motivation and outcome orientation with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
- Well-developed computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel (advanced level) with ability to provide reports to meet various target audiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and share specialist knowledge and technical skills within a team environment.
- Technical ability to develop procedures and review processes to identify efficiencies including Time and Motion Studies.
- Previous experience in developing business processes for utilising software features.
- Proven ability to test and provide feedback on software enhancements and developments in relation to LAC functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analysis and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting, undertaking root cause analysis investigations, developing reports to support decision making and facilitating continuous improvement.
