support the employment and workforce needs of the Royal Women’s Hospital. People, Culture and

support the organisation to achieve its goals through the effective management of people in congruence

with the Women’s values.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Acting as a key interface for candidates, employees and managers in the employment lifecycle and providing advice in relation to recruitment, selection, appointment and orientation processes
  • Providing exceptional administrative support and case management to ensure that all new employees transition to the Women's is streamlined and an exceptional experience
  • Processing adverts, administering contracts and ensuring onboarding requirements are completed
  • Setting up new employees in the HRIS system (Chris21)
  • Assisting managers with variations to current employee contracts and ceasing employment requests
  • Assisting with the preparation and completion of workforce and audit reports

To be successful within this role you will need to have:

  • Your well-developed interpersonal skills, including customer service and stakeholder relationship management
  • An understanding of recruitment processes, compliance requirements and a basic understanding of industrial agreements/awards and contracts
  • Your qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Your experience working in a role with a high volume of enquiries, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
