Full Job Description

Looking for People Services Coordinators who are ideally immediately available but flexible if you do have a notice period - max 2 weeks. Key priorities are onboarding new employees, facilitating
internal movements and supporting new contract mobilisations whilst always ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.

Role duties:

  • Assist with the adhoc administration of the HR team
  • Draft contract and employment letters
  • Coordinate and manage the booking of all pre-employment checks including medicals and police checks
  • Provide system support when necessary
  • Maintain employee files
  • Assist with employment in-bound queries
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Relevant HR experience or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
    • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
    • Excellent customer service
    • Ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines whist working under
    pressure
    • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
    • Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a complex environment with multiple
    stakeholders
