As a People and Culture Officer, you will play a crucial part in fostering a highly engaged and customer-centric workforce, helping meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

 

ROLE

 

  • Provide a range of People and Culture services, supporting all aspects of workforce management, including maintaining organizational structures and preparing employee correspondence.
  • Respond to routine inquiries related to workforce management, ensuring accurate information is communicated and issues are escalated as necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, ensuring compliance with People and Culture systems and policies.
  • Conduct research and collate information for program planning and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and feedback analysis to promote collaboration with client business areas.
  • Support the People Partner teams in managing the impact of transformational change by providing insightful reports and data.

 

YOU

 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing support services in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in delivering effective HR support services.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong experience in Excel analytics, focusing on employee insights, people data, and metrics.
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
