About This Opportunity
The P&C Systems & Services Officer plays a vital role within the People & Culture team at Wellways, where our employees are our top priority. This position focuses on managing backend P&C processes, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of data and functionalities within P&C systems. Key responsibilities include employee data management, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting, and facilitating effective integration between various P&C systems.
By implementing best practices in integrated P&C system functionality, this role aims to enhance the employee experience by providing valuable tools and insights. The officer will support the P&C team in delivering a high-quality integrated human resources function, with accurate reporting at its core.
Key tasks include:
In collaboration with the National Manager of P&C Services, Business Systems Transformation, Finance, and other relevant teams, the P&C Systems & Services Officer will assess existing and emerging HR systemic issues and propose recommendations to enhance practices within P&C systems. This position reports to the National Manager P&C Services and works closely with the entire People & Culture team.
