Payroll Systems Manager

 

Description:

Our client is seeking a Payroll Systems Manager to join their non-for-profit organisation. The Payroll Systems Manager holds a pivotal position in the strategic management, enhancement, and delivery of our people systems.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Establish and enforce robust systems governance policies for data quality, integrity, security, and functionality.
  • Ensure UAT standards for trouble-free system upgrades and releases.
  • Coordinate planning processes for testing critical business functionality and gaining acceptance from key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement systems roadmaps to support current and future organizational needs.
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies, contributing to system enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other functions, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, oversee implementation, and optimize system functionality.
     

Required Skills
 

  • Specialist experience with CHRIS21.
  • Prior experience in maintaining a HRIS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors as and when they arise.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to utilise excel to interpret and analyse complex data.
  • Highly developed reporting and analytic skills.
  • Strong experience in project managing technical/systems projects.
