Our client is seeking a Payroll Systems Manager to join their non-for-profit organisation. The Payroll Systems Manager holds a pivotal position in the strategic management, enhancement, and delivery of our people systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce robust systems governance policies for data quality, integrity, security, and functionality.
- Ensure UAT standards for trouble-free system upgrades and releases.
- Coordinate planning processes for testing critical business functionality and gaining acceptance from key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement systems roadmaps to support current and future organizational needs.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, contributing to system enhancement.
- Collaborate with other functions, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, oversee implementation, and optimize system functionality.
Required Skills
- Specialist experience with CHRIS21.
- Prior experience in maintaining a HRIS.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors as and when they arise.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to utilise excel to interpret and analyse complex data.
- Highly developed reporting and analytic skills.
- Strong experience in project managing technical/systems projects.
