Payroll Officer

 

Description:



As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for our high-performing engineering client. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be an integral part of the team ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for 600 employees.

Key Duties
 

  • Process payroll using systems such as Attache, ADP, and Deltek Vision.
  • Manage payroll for both permanent and temporary/contractor staff (50-100 temporary/contractor staff, remaining 500 permanent).
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize full online training videos to quickly adapt to our systems and processes.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll transactions.
     

Requirements:
 

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, ideally within a high-paced engineering or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with payroll software such as Attache, ADP, and Deltek Vision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll for a large workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
