Your Role

Reporting to the HR Coordinator, your role is responsible for:

  • Check timesheets + liaise with managers to resolve discrepancies
  • Check leave applications are approved and entered correctly
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Assist with payroll reporting including payroll tax, PAYG report and month end reports
  • Probation review
  • Tenures – register maintenance and gift ordering.
  • Medicals – register maintenance, booking and results
  • Employee Referral Bonus – register maintenance + ordering gift cards
  • Adhoc HR Tasks – Email enquiries, employee detail updates, etc.
  • Monthly Job Enjoyment survey in Employment Hero
