Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you
As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will have oversight of Lifeblood’s group donation strategy and program marketing for Lifeblood Teams. This involves being responsible for strategy, marketing, and evaluation, as well as managing a national suite of collateral, public and internal communications, including digital and web. You will use your stakeholder engagement skills to execute the national program and support campaigns, events and reporting.
We see this as a great opportunity to build on your leadership capabilities to coach and guide a small team, while also identifying new opportunities for program marketing to achieve growth in line with the overall business strategy.
Experience in supporting and implementing marketing, campaign and/or program strategies
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet strategic outcomes
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
Strong communication abilities, presentation, written and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in facilitation, coordination, and liaison skills
A track record that demonstrates self-motivation and achievement
Experience working within a similar marketing or partnerships role
Track record of motivating others and managing a team
