Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager to join our Specialty Brands and Biologics business unit. For this highly regarded position, we require a commercially sound and strategically astute professional who will have day-to-day management oversight for the complete product and contract lifecycle of all strategic product partnerships, where Arrotex represents brands and programs on behalf of local and international pharmaceutical partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships and collaborate closely with the General Manager – Specialty Brands and Biologics, in the identification of new strategic partnerships.
- Build business cases, negotiate contracts, and integrate portfolios and programs into the broader Arrotex pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and business partners, collaborate with external customers and consultants and liaise with prescribers, pharmacists, and industry key opinion leaders in order to effectively execute Arrotex’s specialty brands and biologics partnerships strategy.
- Define the retail pharmacy channel mix and go-to-market plan as part of new partnership identification, business case development, and provisional brand planning as well as for existing partnerships portfolios and devise strategies to expand into relevant new channels.
- Oversight of in-market portfolio performance along with taking a lead responsibility for brand management governance and P&L performance.
- Direct the management of marketing programs to deliver against monthly and annual financial and market share targets.
- Take full ownership of the overall portfolio P&L, including monthly forecasts and marketing budgets.
- Have full accountability for the timely delivery of franchise reporting to partner companies and internal stakeholders in line with a pre-determined frequency of deliverables.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building successful commercial partnerships within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or B2B sectors or a minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager position in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Pharmaceutical or B2B Business Development Experience.
- People management experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience having full ownership of an overall portfolio P&L delivery, including monthly forecasts and marketing budgets.
- Ability to operate strategically with commercial prowess and an affinity for understanding data to arrive at actionable commercial insights.
