About the Role
As the RTO Business Development & Partnership Coordinator, you will be provided with the autonomy to initiate a broad range of growth & development opportunities across the Carers Queensland RTO scope. The role will identify, develop and lead partnership development activities that relate to the community services sector, increasing our intake of students in our programs. This will be achieved through sourcing and researching business opportunities with existing and new business partners and student cohorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for collaborative partnerships that will drive new opportunities and oversee key relationships with our industry stakeholders
- Liaising with and meeting with stakeholders to keep up to date with industry employment needs and trends
- Lead client-facing activities such as meetings, negotiations, proposals, and relationship development with a range of stakeholders
- Hold responsibility for developing and driving an effective business development strategy across the RTO’s scope of registration to maximise our performance in the community services sector
- Generating leads through cold calling and networking with corporate organisations and prospective clients
- Nurture existing relationships and optimise opportunities with training and industry groups and job networks agencies
- Increase Carers Queensland RTO’s market exposure and the community awareness of our services to new and existing clients
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of our competitors
- Actively contribute to the success and implementation of the RTO’s strategic objectives and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent Carers Queensland’s RTO at industry events and forums (networking, functions and expo’s etc)
- Provide support towards developing new ideas, initiatives, and strategic business opportunities
- Use Dynamics CRM to record all business development activity, pipeline, sales, revenue and actions
