The Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) is accountable for managing the success of the QBE’s Accredited Smash Repair Network (ASR) to deliver the best customer experience of QBE’s 55,000 motor claims and leverage from economies of scale to mitigate $500mil Motor claims spend pa. The PRM is responsible for performance management of the ASR Network and in developing necessary remediation plans with the QBE ASR to ensure compliance with the Performance Benchmarks as set out in the QBE ASR Agreement. Success in this role will see our network as a best practice repair network for customers and our business partners. The key measure for success is in developing and sustaining a high performance repair network, to ensure conversion of customers into the repair network from Direct channels and ID/agent into our network. This role includes accountability of the ASR for compliance to QBE frameworks, Average Repair cost, NPS, Cycle time, Quality. The role will also work with our internal partners to sell the ASR proposition and drive conversion through sharing model compliance metrics and ensure our model matches service offerings to meet the requirements of our distribution Partners. Key Stakeholders of this role include CRM (Claims Relationship Managers) and State Assessing Managers.

About the opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Partner Relationship Manager to join our Motor Supply Chain Team in Parramatta on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be accountable for managing the success of QBE’s ASR (Accredited Smash Repair Network) to deliver the best customer experience for our Motor Claim customers. The role will also work with our internal partners to sell the ASR value proposition, drive conversion and ensure our service offerings meet the requirements of our distribution Partners.
The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to:
Build strong relationships with Key Stakeholders within our Distribution Teams and Key Account Stakeholders
Performance Management of ASR’s
Develop necessary remediation plans with the ASR network to ensure compliance with the Performance Benchmarks as set out in the ASR Network Agreement
Develop and sustain high performance and conversion targets for ASR’s aligned to QBE’s strategy
Accountability of ASR’s for compliance to QBE frameworks, Average Repair cost, NPS, Cycle time, Quality.
