Description:
The role will work across Microsoft and the partner organisation to align ecosystem goals with required partner capacity and performance. The outcome will be instrumental for the creation of an optimal partner ecosystem in a region to drive long-term revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Partner Planning for Sales Plays, driving alignment across all part of the Microsoft Commercial Partner organisation
- Orchestrate and drive Solution Area business execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as extended member of Leadership Team to bring visibility to Partner and solution performance, capacity, and technical capability for the organisation
- Solid partner ecosystem evolution plan for achieving minimum performance accountability
- Own local business management strategy, partnering with leaders to interpret opportunity and risk.
- Determine key insights and drive recommendations to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Azure into the Microsoft Partner Network.
- Capture, analyze and report key performance indicators, insights and metrics and drive informed feedback into Corporate teams to improve global and local (“glocal”) execution plans and outcomes
- Proactively review Partner impact (Seller Adoption, Pipeline, $Rev, ACR, Usage) and shares insights with stakeholders with recommended actions
