Work with a diverse client base within the not-for profit, eCommerce and B2B sectors, crafting and executing their digital media programs. The core of BizWisdom’s paid media offering revolves around paid search and paid social advertising and extends into programmatic media including catch up TV and ad supported video on demand, digital out of home, programmatic audio and display advertising
Open to both junior and senior candidates dependant on experience. The opportunity exists for a junior candidate to undergo an accelarated training program while a senior candidate can take on more of a leadership position within the team to expand and enhance paid media offering and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Management of media planning and budget allocation to achieve optimal outcomes for your clients
- Collaboration and communication with stakeholders within the team relating to the performance, implementation and maintenance of client projects.
- Management of paid search campaigns within Google Ads & Bing Ad Center.
- Management of paid social media campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager and on occasion other social media platforms such as Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads or TikTok for Business.
- Management of digital display, retargeting and pre-roll video campaigns within Google Ads and ensure full and proper utilisation of client advertising budget across all paid media campaigns
- Brief and project manage the design and development of landing pages for use with client campaigns and prepare creative briefs
- Ensure that appropriate goal tracking is setup and maintained within analytics and reporting platforms.
About You:
- Bachelor marketing or communications degree or higher.
- Experience with at least one of the following paid media channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads or One of the major Programmatic Trading Desks.
- Experience with website analysis using common analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Some proficiency or basic understanding of common tools associated with digital marketing such as webpage builders, design tools or third party marketing technology and their associated principles
- Passion for digital media and advertising
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Experience working within an agency environment (desired)
