With a background in paid media, you will be nurtured and supported by your supportive manager who will empower you to play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising media campaigns across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret briefs to develop impactful advertising strategies with agency teams.
- Collaborate with the Media Manager to align campaign execution with the overarching media strategy.
- Oversee campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting.
- Manage relationships with media agency partners and streamline operational processes.
- Ensure accuracy in media financials, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and testing within the media landscape.
About You
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in hands-on paid media (client, agency, or publisher side).
- Understanding of the media landscape in ANZ and/or the UK, with an interest in innovation.
- Knowledge of paid digital channels such as social, OLV, display, and search.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Open to learning about new platforms, publishers, and ad tech.
