Tourism Tasmania is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator, who will work within a high achieving Brand Marketing Team. This role will support the team in the achievement of our brand strategy and strengthen our stakeholder partnerships so we can continue to market the brand of Tasmania uniquely and creatively across all paid media channels. You will support the delivery of our paid media campaigns through collaboration with our media agency to ensure these are delivered efficiently and effectively and optimised throughout the consumer journey.

  • Support the planning, execution and reporting of the paid media components of integrated brand marketing communications that builds our brand meaning and continues to differentiate Tasmania, making a contribution to the achievement of our brand strategy and objectives.
  • Contribute to ensuring paid media activity is delivered effectively and efficiently by closely collaborating with the media agency and cross-functional team members to deliver activity on time and on budget with strong ROI.
  • Supporting the successful project management of major projects, initiatives and programs, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to specifications.
  • Administrative support, including meeting coordination and assisting in the financial management of cost estimates and invoices.
  • Provide project coordination support on key programs and projects.
  • Fostering collaborative working relationships with our agency partners, cross-functional team members, industry and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team including the coordination of meetings, logistical arrangements, reviewing and processing cost estimates and invoices, responding to ad hoc requests, and other supporting tasks as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of the paid media components of integrated brand campaign activity for international, interstate, and intrastate markets.
  • Support cross agency reporting on paid media performance, optimisations and post campaign reporting, working closely with the digital and research teams.
