As our Paid Digital Media Specialist, you’ll report to the Digital Marketing Team Lead and be the go-to expert for planning, executing, and optimising paid digital campaigns. From Google to Meta to YouTube, you’ll manage a variety of platforms, ensuring we’re not just in the game but leading it. You'll also collaborate with the Victorian Government media agency to bring campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, and display advertising to life.
Your mission? To elevate Chisholm’s brand, drive audience engagement, and deliver measurable results—all while staying ahead of the curve in this ever-evolving digital landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise Chisholm-managed campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube. Collaborate with external agencies for TikTok, Snapchat, and display ads.
- Audience Targeting: Leverage customer segmentation, retargeting, and innovative strategies to reach key audiences and drive key outcomes.
- Performance Analysis and reporting: Monitor metrics like Impressions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to maximise campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on campaign strategies, develop creative assets, and ensure seamless execution.
- Budget Management: Own the campaign budgets, ensuring spend is optimised for maximum impact.
- Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and recommend new tools, platforms, and approaches to keep Chisholm ahead of the competition.
About You
- You will have a relevant Degree qualification and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with technical paid media expertise; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.
- Deep knowledge of paid digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) and their latest features.
- Expertise in SEM, SEO, social media marketing, A/B testing, and CX principles.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- A passion for creative problem-solving and driving measurable results.
