Trinity Grammar School is looking for applicants for our Outdoor Education Traineeship for 2023. The Traineeship operates for one intensive year and involves working full time at our Field Studies Centre on the NSW South Coast. The role includes being involved in the Outdoor Education Programme, preparing equipment and catering for the programmes.

The year also includes training for a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership and this training is delivered in partnership with TAFE NSW – Wentworth Falls Campus. Our aim is for the successful applicants to finish the year with the training, qualifications and experience to be an effective outdoor group leader.

Our ideal candidate will be keen to be involved in all aspects of School life. You will be kept busy supporting day-to-day learning, camps, co-curricular activities as well as learning the operational aspects of the Field Studies Centre.

The 2023 Traineeship (1 year) has traditionally been taken up by students in the year after completing their Year 12 studies. Preference will be given to applicants from Trinity Grammar and Meriden School graduates.
